Die Wienerinnen und Wiener beginnen mit den Feierlichkeiten, und zwar diesen Freitag mit einem Spaziergang und einem Abendessen in einem schönen Gasthaus im 19. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, direkt neben der Präsenz des Parteiobmannes Dominik Nepp und FPOE Generalsekraeter Michael Schnedelitz.

An der FPOE Feier werden der Bezirksrat des Bezirks Leopoldstadt, Herr Helwig Leibinger, und andere prominente Persönlichkeiten des lokalen politischen Lebens teilnehmen.

Dominik Friedrich Nepp (* 14. Februar1982 in Wien) ist ein österreichischerPolitiker (FPÖ). Gemäß dem Proporzsystem zur Zusammensetzung von Wiener Stadtsenat und Landesregierung war er, obwohl die FPÖ nicht der Regierungskoalition angehörte, 2018 bis 2020 einer der Vizebürgermeister sowie der nicht amtsführenden Stadträte von Wien. Ab Mai 2019 war er designierter Landesparteiobmann der Wiener FPÖ, im April 2021 wurde er zum Landesparteiobmann gewählt

Nepp maturierte im Jahr 2000 am Gymnasium Billrothstraße in Wien. Er absolvierte von 2013 bis 2017 an der FH Campus Wien den Masterlehrgang Führung, Politik und Management.

Er ist mit Barbara Nepp, die von der FPÖ als Vertreterin des FPÖ-Bildungsinstituts 2018 in den ORF-Publikumsrat entsandt wurde, verheiratet und hat zwei Töchter.

Politische Tätigkeit

Im Ring Freiheitlicher Jugend (RFJ) war Nepp zunächst von 2000 bis 2003 Bezirksobmann-Stellvertreter von Döbling, anschließend war er von 2003 bis 2006 selbst Obmann des RFJ Döbling. Im RFJ Wien war er von April bis Juni 2006 Stellvertreter des Landesobmanns und von Juni 2006 bis September 2007 geschäftsführender Landesobmann. Ab September 2007 war er Landesobmann des RFJ Wien und von September 2009 bis 2012 auch Bundesobmann des RFJ

In der Bezirkspolitik war Nepp von März bis September 2006 Obmann-Stellvertreter und von September 2006 bis März 2008 geschäftsführender Bezirksparteiobmann der FPÖ Döbling. Er war von 2005 bis 2010 Bezirksrat in Döbling und ist seit März 2008 auch Bezirksparteiobmann der FPÖ Döbling. Seit der Wiener Gemeinderatswahl 2010 ist er Abgeordneter zum Wiener Landtag und Gemeinderat, seit 2015 ist er als Nachfolger von Johann Gudenus Klubobmann des FPÖ-Landtagklubs. Im Dezember 2017 wurde Anton Mahdalik als Nachfolger von Dominik Nepp als Klubobmann der Wiener Freiheitlichen designiert, Dominik Nepp folgte mit 25. Jänner 2018 Johann Gudenus als Vizebürgermeister und Stadtrat ohne Ressort in Landesregierung und Stadtsenat Häupl VI nach.

Im Mai 2019 wurde er als Folge der Ibiza-Affäre zum Landesparteiobmann der FPÖ Wien designiert und fungierte als geschäftsführender Parteichef der Wiener Freiheitlichen. Im April 2021 wurde er zum Obmann der Wiener Freiheitlichen gewählt.

Bei der Landtags- und Gemeinderatswahl in Wien 2020 ging Nepp als Spitzenkandidat der FPÖ ins Rennen. Nach einem Verlust von 23,68 Prozent verlor er den Posten des Vizebürgermeisters und behielt das Amt eines nicht amtsführenden Stadtrats von Wien.

Nepp ist Mitglied der schlagenden akademischen Burschenschaft Aldania.

The Viennese start the celebrations this Friday with a walk and dinner in a nice inn in the 19th district of Vienna, right next to the presence of the party chairman Dominik Nepp and FPÑ General Secretary Michael Schnedelitz.

The FPOE celebration will be attended by the District Councilor of the Leopoldstadt District, Mr. Helwig Leibinger, and other prominent figures of local political life.

Dominik Friedrich Nepp (born February 14, 1982 in Vienna) is an Austrian politician (FPÖ). According to the proportional representation system for the composition of the Vienna City Senate and the provincial government, although the FPÖ was not part of the governing coalition, he was one of the vice mayors as well as the non-executive city councilors of Vienna from 2018 to 2020. As of May 2019, he was the designated state party chairman of the Vienna FPÖ, and in April 2021 he was elected state party chairman

Nepp graduated from the Billrothstraße Gymnasium in Vienna in 2000. He completed the master’s program in Leadership, Policy and Management at the FH Campus Wien from 2013 to 2017.

He is married to Barbara Nepp, who was sent by the FPÖ to represent the FPÖ Education Institute on the ORF Audience Council in 2018, and has two daughters.

Political activity

In the Ring Freiheitlicher Jugend (RFJ), Nepp was deputy district chairman of Döbling from 2000 to 2003, and then chairman of the RFJ Döbling from 2003 to 2006. In the RFJ Vienna he was from April to June 2006 deputy of the national chairman and from June 2006 to September 2007 managing national chairman. From September 2007 he was the regional chairman of the RFJ Vienna and from September 2009 to 2012 also the federal chairman of the RFJ Vienna.

In district politics, Nepp was deputy chairman of the FPÖ Döbling from March to September 2006 and executive district party chairman from September 2006 to March 2008. He was a district councilor in Döbling from 2005 to 2010 and has also been district party chairman of the FPÖ Döbling since March 2008. Since the Vienna City Council election in 2010, he has been a member of the Vienna State Parliament and a municipal councilor, and since 2015 he has been the club chairman of the FPÖ State Parliamentary Club, succeeding Johann Gudenus. In December 2017, Anton Mahdalik was designated as successor to Dominik Nepp as club chairman of the Vienna Freedom Party, Dominik Nepp succeeded Johann Gudenus as deputy mayor and city councilor without portfolio in the provincial government and city senate Häupl VI as of January 25, 2018.

In May 2019, as a result of the Ibiza affair, he was designated regional party chairman of the FPÖ Vienna and acted as executive party leader of the Vienna Freedom Party. In April 2021, he was elected chairman of the Vienna Freedom Party.

Nepp entered the 2020 Vienna state parliament and city council elections as the FPÖ’s top candidate. After losing by 23.68 percent, he lost the post of deputy mayor and retained the office of non-executive city councilor of Vienna.

Nepp is a member of the beating academic fraternity Aldania.
